Once you get access to your dashboard, you can place as many requests as you’d like. The solutions will be delivered to you one at a time. Your Account Manager will assist you every step of the way.
On average, we deliver solutions in 2-3 days. Complex projects may take longer. Your Account Manager will break down all the tasks individually in your project dashboard.
Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. When you decide to pause the subscription anytime during the 31 day period, the remaining days will available in your account for use anytime in the future.
You will receive a confirmation email and you will be invited to a Project workspace where your Project dashboard will be available to you. From there, you can start submitting your requests.
We can deliver in couple of ways:
If simple sheets, reports, and dashboard not connected to any premium modules, we can drop it in your project workspace. From there you can transfer it to your account.
You can also invite us to your company account, grant us a temporary license, and from there we will deliver the solution straight into your account.

All work must be Smartsheet related or within the platform. We are experts in any and all of the modules within Smartsheet.
